By accessing or using the Stealth Talent Creator Economy Opportunities (CEO) survey and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
Stealth Talent LLC (“Stealth Talent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a conversational survey tool that collects information about creators, influencers, agents, managers, and brands in order to match them with relevant programs, opportunities, and resources in the creator economy. The Service is provided free of charge.
Some of the programs and recommendations provided through the Service involve Stealth Talent receiving affiliate commissions, referral fees, or other compensation from third-party companies. We only recommend programs and services we believe are genuinely valuable and best-in-class. This compensation does not influence the integrity of our recommendations, but you should be aware that such relationships exist.
When you use the Service, you voluntarily provide personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, social media handles, follower counts, content niche, and demographic information. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

By completing the survey and providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional emails containing your survey results and program recommendations. You may also receive periodic emails about creator economy opportunities. You can opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at creators@stealthtlnt.com.
The Service integrates with or references third-party platforms and services, including social media platforms, program providers, and SMS services. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Stealth Talent is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Stealth Talent LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STEALTH TALENT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. PROGRAM RECOMMENDATIONS ARE BASED ON THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE AND ARE NOT GUARANTEES OF ELIGIBILITY, ACCEPTANCE, OR INCOME.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEALTH TALENT LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stealth Talent LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
