Information you provide directly:

• Name and email address
• Social media handles, profile links, and follower/subscriber counts
• Content niche, creator type, and platform activity
• Location (city, state/province, country)
• Goals, preferences, and notes you share during the survey
• Optional demographic and lifestyle information provided in the extended survey (Phase 2), such as age range, household composition, interests, and income bracket
• Influencer marketing rates (if provided)

Information collected automatically:

• IP address (used for rate limiting and security purposes only — not stored long-term)
• Basic browser/device information via standard web server logs

Information from third-party sources:

• Publicly available social media profile data retrieved from platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and X (Twitter) when you provide your handle or profile link

We use the information we collect to:

• Match you with creator economy programs, opportunities, and resources relevant to your profile
• Send you survey results and personalized program recommendations via email
• Follow up with relevant creator economy opportunities that match your profile
• Improve our matching algorithms and Service quality
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal information for advertising targeting on third-party platforms.

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Program partners: With your knowledge and for the purpose of connecting you with programs you have been matched to. We will always notify you before sharing your contact information with a third-party program.
• Service providers: With trusted vendors who assist in operating the Service, including email delivery (Resend), data storage (Airtable), and AI services (Anthropic). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Stealth Talent, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users are required to confirm they are at least 13 years old before accessing the Service. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at creators@stealthtlnt.com and we will promptly delete the information.

We retain your survey responses and associated data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Survey session data is retained to allow returning users to pick up where they left off. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and rate limiting. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information
• Opt-out of emails: Unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time via the link in any email

The Service is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

The Service does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. We may use session storage in your browser solely to maintain your survey session state during your visit. No persistent tracking cookies are set for advertising or analytics purposes.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, and programs. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
